CBOC Member Application Process

The membership application process is open for the Measure Q Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC). The CBOC is a group of dedicated volunteers who actively review and report on the proper expenditure of taxpayer money for school construction. They serve as an oversight panel established pursuant to the requirements of the school construction bond measures passed by the voters of the Huntington Beach City School District.

  • 2-Year Terms (serving no more than 3 consecutive terms)
